It's that time of year again...

the death trees are blooming and there's one right outside my door! Allergies are fun!

Here's some movies.

19. For the Bible Tells Me So (DVD) 7/10. Pretty good documentary.

20. The Darjeeling Limited (DVD) 8/10. Odd and different times, but very good.

21. Into the Wild (DVD) 8/10. I read the book a long time ago and didn't remember a whole lot of it other than the basic outline. Interesting story.

22. August Rush (DVD) 10/10. Was a little hessitant to watch on DVD since I loved it so much in the theater thinking it might not have been as good as I remembered, but it is!

Supposed to see the Twins in Jupiter on Saturday, but the weather forecast is for rain. That figures, it hardly rains in months and it's supposed to on Saturday. Oh well! Maybe it will hold off long enough to get the game in!

Movies...

I haven't watched many lately, I've been addicted to playing bejeweled on my laptop while watching CNN at night.

16. Michael Clayton (theater) 7/10. Good story, but nothing spectacular.

17. Paradise Lost 2 (DVD) 6/10. Not as good as the first, but a nice follow up.

18. Across the Universe (DVD) 6/10. Certainly colorful and creative, but I thought boring. Some of the arrangments of the songs were really good, others not so good.

I finally picked a new driver...

and it's someone I wouldn't have even thought about picking 2 years ago. Of course, Mark will always be my all time favorite, but since he only runs part time, I have to have someone to cheer for every race and for the championship. My new guy is.....as you can see from the picture above...KYLE BUSCH!!!

Yeah, he's still kind of a punk, but this kid can really drive!
