I know, it's about time...
Well, I've been busy. Went to New York and met Aimee. Spent about 5 days. Had a good time. Walked A LOT!
I have quite a list of movies to catch up on. Although lately I've spent more time watching DVDs of TV shows. I watched the first and second seasons of Grey's Anatomy, which is a pretty good show I've discovered. Also, I have gone back to Netflix because Blockbuster just has horrible service with their mailed DVDs. I have had the first disc of Season 7 of the Golden Girls number one on my list since June. I have yet to get it. There have been times when it even said it was available, but they didn't ship it. Ticked me off. I put it first on my netflix list when I restarted, and of course I got it right away!
Also I've been researching and starting to sell books online, hoping to make ok part time money. I'd rather work hard at that, than work a boring retail job part time. So far so good, although I'm only about 10 days into it. It's a lot of work building up your inventory!
So here's the movies I've seen since I left off:
31. Die Hard 4 (theater) 6/10. Fight scenes are so unrealistic, but it was funny and good anyway.
32. Breach (DVD) 7/10. Suspenseful and very good, and based on a true story!
33. Stick It (DVD) 6/10. Much better than I thought would be. Good ending.
34. John Tucker Must Die (DVD) 6/10. Sort of your typical teen movie, but had a good ending.
35. License to Wed (theater) 6/10. So so. Predictable, but funny in parts.
36. Evening (theater) 7/10. Good story and acting, I'm sure the book is better.
37. I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry (theater) 4/10. Saw this in Times Square! Kind of dumb, but a few funny parts.
38. The Simpsons (theater) 8/10. Clever. Funny.
39. Bridge to Terribithia (DVD) 6/10. Good, but this was one of my favorite books as a kid, so it's hard to watch it as a movie. They did a pretty good job, though.
40. Hairspray (Theater) 8/10. Loved it. Just fun. If you don't like musicals, you won't like this.
That's all folks! (Until next time anyway!)
